By using the Facil platform, you accept the following terms and conditions governing access to and use of the digital fiscal administration services of Equatorial Guinea.

1. Acceptance of terms

Registration and use of the Facil platform implies full acceptance of these terms. If you disagree, you must not use the services. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. Services offered

Facil provides digital fiscal administration services including: - Tax declaration and payment (VAT, income tax, corporate tax, etc.) - Administrative procedure requests (passports, driver's licenses, residence permits, etc.) - Commercial license and fiscal obligation management - Tracking procedure and payment status - Appointment scheduling at government offices

3. User account

The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials. All activity performed with your account will be considered as done by you. In case of unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately through the support module.

4. User obligations

The user agrees to: - Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information - Not use the platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes - Comply with tax obligations established by law - Not attempt to access unauthorized data or functionalities - Respect legal deadlines for declarations and payments

5. Intellectual property

All platform content (software, design, texts, logos) is the property of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea or its licensors. Its reproduction, distribution, or modification without express authorization is prohibited.

6. Limitations of liability

The platform is provided with the greatest possible diligence. However, uninterrupted service availability is not guaranteed. The administration shall not be liable for damages resulting from technical interruptions, transmission errors, or force majeure. Tax calculations are indicative until official validation.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Modifications will be published on this page with the update date. Substantial changes will be notified to registered users by email.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea. The courts of Malabo shall have jurisdiction for dispute resolution.
