By using the Facil platform, you accept the following terms and conditions governing access to and use of the digital services offered by the platform.

1. Acceptance of terms

Registration and use of the Facil platform implies full acceptance of these terms. If you disagree, you must not use the services. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

2. Services offered

Facil provides you with digital tools to help you: - Prepare and submit your tax declarations (VAT, income tax, corporate tax and others) - Prepare administrative procedure requests (identity documents, permits, licenses and others) - Manage your commercial licenses and personal fiscal obligations - Track the status of procedures and payments initiated from the platform - Schedule appointments at the relevant offices when this functionality is available Facil acts as an assistance tool. Administrative decisions and the final validity of procedures are the responsibility of the relevant entities.

3. User account

The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials. All activity performed with your account will be considered as done by you. In case of unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately through the support module.

4. User obligations

The user agrees to: - Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information - Not use the platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes - Comply with their own tax obligations established by applicable law - Not attempt to access unauthorized data or functionalities - Respect legal deadlines for declarations and payments to the relevant entities

5. Intellectual property

All proprietary platform content (software, design, original texts and Facil's logos) is the property of Facil and its licensors. Reproduction, distribution or modification without express authorization is prohibited. Logos, trademarks or references to public entities mentioned for informational purposes belong to their respective owners.

6. Limitations of liability

The platform is provided with the greatest possible diligence. However, uninterrupted service availability is not guaranteed. Facil shall not be liable for damages resulting from technical interruptions, transmission errors or force majeure. Tax calculations are indicative and must be validated by the user before official submission. Facil does not replace professional tax advice and does not guarantee the final outcome of the procedure with the relevant entity.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Modifications will be published on this page with the update date. Substantial changes will be notified to registered users by email.

8. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea. The courts of Malabo shall have jurisdiction for dispute resolution.
