The Facil platform is an independent digital service that helps its users prepare, organize and track their administrative procedures and fiscal obligations in Equatorial Guinea. Facil is not operated by any public administration. This policy describes how we collect, use and protect your personal data in accordance with applicable regulations.
1. Data collected
We collect the data needed for the platform to help you prepare and manage your procedures: full name, identity document, tax identification number, address, email, phone number, and the information you voluntarily provide when preparing a declaration or request.
2. Purpose of processing
Your data is used to: - Allow you to prepare, organize and track your procedures from the platform - Facilitate the calculation and preparation of your declarations - Store your documents in your encrypted digital vault - Send operational communications regarding your account and ongoing procedures - Verify your identity and prevent fraud - Continuously improve the platform's services
3. Legal basis
Processing is based on the consent you give upon registering and using each service, on the performance of the platform's terms of use, and on Facil's legitimate interest in ensuring the security and improvement of the service. When you choose to send information to a public entity via the platform, subsequent processing by that entity is governed by its own data protection regulations.
4. Data retention
Your personal data is retained while your account is active. After account deletion, data is permanently deleted within 30 days, except for data you have requested to keep for your personal archives. Certain operational logs (security logs, encrypted backups) may be retained for up to 5 years for traceability and security purposes.
5. Data sharing
Your data may be shared only with: - The entities receiving a procedure, only when you choose to send them information through the platform - Payment service providers, only when you choose to pay through the platform, and limited to processing the transaction - Technology providers (hosting, security, technical analytics) under confidentiality and data-processing agreements No data is shared with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.

You have the right to access, rectify, and request deletion of your personal data, as well as to restrict or object to its processing. To exercise these rights, contact support through the platform or at the address indicated below.
7. Security measures
We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encrypted communications (TLS), secure storage with encryption at rest, two-factor authentication (2FA), role-based access control (RBAC), and access auditing.
