The Facil platform, operated by the General Directorate of Taxes of Equatorial Guinea, is committed to protecting the personal data of its users in accordance with applicable legislation.

We collect the data necessary for the provision of fiscal and administrative services: full name, identity document (DIP/passport), tax identification number (NIF), address, email, phone number, and fiscal and business information as required by the requested procedure.

Data is used exclusively for: - Management of fiscal and administrative procedures - Processing of tax declarations - Issuance of licenses and certificates - Official communications regarding your procedures - Identity verification and fraud prevention - Improvement of platform services

3. Legal basis

Data processing is based on compliance with tax obligations established by the legislation of Equatorial Guinea, the public interest in efficient fiscal administration, and user consent upon registering on the platform.

4. Data retention

Personal data is retained for the legally established period for tax obligations (minimum 5 years), or as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. Account data is maintained while the user has an active account.

5. Data sharing

Data may be shared with: - Competent government ministries and agencies for processing your requests - Banking entities for payment processing (BANGE) - Technology providers under confidentiality agreements No data is shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

6. User rights

You have the right to access, rectify, and request deletion of your personal data, as well as to restrict or object to its processing. To exercise these rights, contact support through the platform or at the address indicated below.

7. Security measures

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data: encrypted communications (TLS), secure storage with encryption at rest, two-factor authentication (2FA), role-based access control (RBAC), and access auditing.
